Pizza does provide versatility. But for nutritional completeness over a lifetime, I'd have to go with eggs. Packed with protein, healthy fats and micronutrients.

You raise a good point about eggs providing excellent nutrition. Though pizza offers carbs, dairy, veggies and protein all in one when customized.

That's true, loaded pizzas can be surprisingly well-rounded nutritionally. But over decades, cholesterol from that much cheese could be risky. Eggs are less so.
Hmm, you may have a point about long-term cholesterol from daily pizza. With different toppings and crusts though, I could vary it enough.

Varying toppings certainly helps. But whole eggs provide complete amino acid proteins humans need. Pizza can't match that nutritionally for lifelong eating.

You make an excellent point about eggs having more complete proteins. I did not consider amino acids and long-term impacts enough

It's a key factor for sure. Pizza offers big taste variety, but eggs offer diverse and complete nutrition without many downsides for sole eating.

eggs seem the most sensible choice when weighing nutritional completeness for a single food forever, well argued man
