If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would you choose?

Pizza can cover all the food groups. Plus with topping choices you can have a lot of variety.

If I had to pick only one food forever, I'd choose pizza. With endless topping possibilities, it would offer enough variety in flavors and textures.

Pizza does provide versatility. But for nutritional completeness over a lifetime, I'd have to go with eggs. Packed with protein, healthy fats and micronutrients.

You raise a good point about eggs providing excellent nutrition. Though pizza offers carbs, dairy, veggies and protein all in one when customized.

That's true, loaded pizzas can be surprisingly well-rounded nutritionally. But over decades, cholesterol from that much cheese could be risky. Eggs are less so.
