Caffeine is. It's kinda sorta addictive, but it's distinct from coffee. Decaf is still Coffee at the end of the day.
Even then, you don't get truly addicted to caffeine, it only inhibits the shit that tells your body that you're tired. It doesn't replace stuff that your body makes on its own like other drugs.

Just like sugar or sports, you can become addicted to caffeine and grow dependent. The same way as people are addicted to drugs, in that sense it is similar. However, the negative effects are quite different which makes the main difference.
