Just came across this post after writing about coffee. Yes it's a drug. And no, it's not normal if you drink it several times per day. It's not normal if you can't properly work throughout your day without drinking a cup of coffee. If that's the case, then you're addicted and you should seek help.

I drink it with a straw to avoid staining. But IMO best source of caffeine, doesn't crash me like energy drinks

Do you drink coffee? If you do? how often do you do it? I consider coffee a drug and i don't like it taste plus it stains your teeth

Coffee is overall healthy just limit yourself to 4 cups a day.
