After the announcement by Trump, that the state is going to recognize 2 genders - male and female, the LGBTQ community is in turmoil.

Please dont say its a mental illness and stuff like that because I was genuinely curious about the transgender community. 

Correct me if im wrong on this - biological males/females want to be the other gender ? So if someone is a biological male, they would want to be a female ? Is that the trans community ? Isnt that vastly different from the intersex community where now they actually have both reproductive organs ?

Well, at this point im not sure if its a mental illness or not but I kind of feel a bit off when I hear that "I wanna be a woman". I mean its something I cant accept. You know what im saying ?

there are XX and XY genes, there is nothing more to say, science has never seen a GY gene,... It will always be male and female and that's it.

The reason you saw less in the past, is because of their vilification, it seems as though, trans just want to walk amongst everyone else, and thats probably why you're seeing more now, they've always been there, just a case of feeling safe in the world with everyone else

Like I said, they've always been there, just in hiding coz society just keeps trying to push them back inside, or wipe them out.
