I’m currently exploring the idea of setting up a new company outside of Europe, primarily to streamline administrative and financial management while efficiently receiving payments.
Here are my main criteria:

1. A tax-friendly environment with low or no taxation on foreign-sourced income.
   
2. Access to reliable offshore banking options suitable for international payments.
   
3. Simple and cost-effective administrative processes for company formation and maintenance.
   

If you have recommendations or personal experiences with countries that meet these requirements, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Or best solution is still an LLC in US ?
