One Piece 100%. When analyzing critically, we can notice that Naruto makes no sense almost. It all is ridiculous, the speech no jutsu parts are cringy, the storyline of how Hashirama died makes no sense and how his cells are used for everything, to how the nepotism rules and not the best ninja/the most equipped of their time, like how Tsunade was chosen just bc she's Hashirama's granddaughter, and coincidentally all the Hokages had ties with the previous or the next one, all being related. The Uchiha plot is also crazy, because it is basically the genocide to suppress a revolution that was starting due to insatisfaction with their conditions (Uchihas being isolated by Tobirama, being treated like inferior etc). And they just do weird shit to protect the status quo, going from DELUDING THE UCHIHAS with shisui's genjutsu to getting a spy assassinate their family just because the feudal lords and their armed corporation (anbu) would not want the threat of having their power ceased. not to mention the stupid elaborations that do not answer basic questions, like how sasuke survived, or to begin with summoned the orochimaru snake to survive the deidara bomb. many many things do not make sense there. and one piece is at least swallowable as an actual anime. no comparison.
