When i try to search anything like course or anything related to hacking databases, nothing relevant comes up. Any keywords anyone can think of?

try sql injection, its a great methood to get a website specific information as long its not protected enough, for example: i once did it to my old school website because of their security was trash. a very easy way to do sql injection is just downloading the tool: SQLmap from github (just make sure its the right one or else your pc whould have 50 malwares)

There are plenty of tutorials / firing ranges to test. If you are asking such a broad question, start with those basics.
