Homeschooling , good or bad

Many communities have sports teams just for homeschool kids actually and activities are abundant if parents seek them out.
I didn’t realize infrastructure existed to facilitate homeschoolers involvement. You’ve opened my eyes on this somewhat.
I’m glad I could broaden the perspective. Homeschooling does allow customization and creativity in education as well.

It's on the parents. If the parents are good teachers their kids can learn 3-4 times what a regular student does in a schoolyear. If the parents are bad teachers it's basically child abuse

I understand this recent push for "parents know better" but depriving your children of that school experience will hurt them.

Those formative years are crucial for building long lasting relationships, beyond the learning.

That’s an excellent point. Traditional curriculums often lack flexibility and innovation that homeschooling enables.

Yup, traditional schools provide experienced instructors and peer group learning lacking in homeschooling
