I used video Udemy courses, practice exams and the official CompTIA practice exams but I got my network+ and a+ first so a lot of it is review from those. This was the cert I studied the least for maybe cuz I come from security background but if you're someone who is interested in ethical hacking, etc, a lot of the questions are common sense.

Note: I have no affiliation to the account. Only, through searching social media, I saw that there are some Sec+ practice questions along with study guides etc provided Wes' account here:

just do practice questions and check cheatsheets, u'll be sure when u got a good score

Grab a Security+ book in pdf format and try the example questions. If you pass most of those you will pass the exam.
