Depends on what kinda specific services you want. If you wanted just a generally good email service, Gmail is your call.

Proton is fine but they do log IP's. So I wouldn't trust them if you're using that email to sign up for shady stuff. Cock mail is pretty good and they offer a hidden service so you can always be masked behind Tor while you use them. Only downside is I think you need javascript for it to function properly. And registrations aren't always open. But I think you can pay with monero to get their service when free registration is closed. TorBox would be the best if it weren't for how limited it is. It's a hidden service provider that's free and requires no javascript. But you can only send mail to other onion emails so nothing over clearnet.
