has anyone heard of xss.is selling accounts while registration is closed?

i've recently bought several accounts but keep getting scammed. now there are rumors of a new xss domain (https://rutor.gg/) and a telegram profile allegedly associated with the xss admin (rutor_gg) selling accounts. is this the admin? has anyone successfully bought an official xss account?

Rutor has nothing to do with xss. Rutor is a trading forum where drugs, weapons, etc. are sold. Xss is a technical forum dedicated to computer technologies. The administrator rutor has nothing to do with xss. By the way, one more fact, the xss administration has a negative attitude towards buying and selling accounts of their forum, and they will not do such things.

Need some invitation I guess. Registrations are closed and even when they were opened, I have always been rejected, I dont know why.
