when downloading a file. I am content with it but that's because I know how slow it was when internet started haha

I have 290.37 mbps download and 308.31 mbps upload , I could say it is symmetrical because I use fiber optic . With that I am satisfied and later I plan to increase the speed

are those limitations just based off of your plan with ISP? my speeds using optic fiber are 900 download, 700 upload, whilst connected to a VPN I get around 800 down, 550 up.
