Actually the best solution in my opinion - to make fake local network via hamachi or analogs and open lan chat via socket with yours encryption (rsa + aes basically a killer)

I agree, I heard about this one today and seems like a good concept.
Session, Signal or SimpleX.

Plus telegram is still usable for now as long as you're not using it for crazy stuff or conversating with compromised people.
I'm sure the people they're mainly after are the people who scam or sell illegal stuff on the platform.
Don't forget they're supposed to be privacy focused to some extent as that's their business model (i think), however I'm sure something as simple as just being inside a groupchat involved in illegal activity could even just be enough to implicate yourself but who knows it's really recent since this has all happened.
