Hi im new to hacking in general and I was wondering how did you start with the activity.
Also, when registering to cock.li and breachforums i used the domains instead of the tor links (through the tor browser) and i was wondering if that could potencially help identify me in a future.

Tor isn't necessarily needed as-long as you have a secure, private VPN like Mullvad enabled with a killswitch, aswell as using a browser like Firefox with privacy-focused settings. Cock.li and Breach both store IPs I'm pretty sure so I would hope you were using a VPN.

For starting hacking the general conscientious would be to do Portswigger labs [If you don't have money], or if you do have money then do HackTheBox. Aswell as CTFs when you have enough knowledge to do so [Capture The Flag], and read through OWASP top 10.
