I find "S3 translator" useful to translate webpages in foreign languages. It supports translation of selected text, entered phrase or whole webpage between any of 100+ languages.

Some sort of OCR tool for those pesky sites that you can't copy text directly from. Also, reload all tabs extention too! Dunno why Chrome or any build doesn't have such a thing!

my favorite extension is wappalyzer, for fast checking techno used on the visited website

Bypass Paywalls Clean is a good one but it's not in the Chrome store. You can find it on Github. Basically unlocks most of the major news articles that are locked behind a paywall.

ipvfoo makes identifying origins a lot less annoying
