Bro thinks he's Elliot Alderson. But on a serious note yes they still would. Because your motives don't matter and they will most likely think you are receiving funds to commit acts of terror. But thats if the glowies even find out you stole from them. Who you need to be worried about are the terrorist coming for you.

I wouldnt suggest "stealing" under law, but you could develop a messaging app that only work with invites and whatever crypto currency they use, but it could take long time and effort, and might not even work
