I use hackthebox (paid) and free options like ipsecc and nahamsec.

ctf's arent really like real life at all so i would say nahamsec is better for learning real world shit.

What do you guys use?

I've had a HTB account, personally the only thing ive really used...

I have used THM more than HTB and I do like the challenges and the platform in general.

I believe it should be mixed.
TryHackMe is great for a start and to learn parts from the general concept called "Cyber Security."

HTB is a great way to combine everything you understand into action.
