They have swiss privacy. However, I know they had the IP logging incident where they were taken to court and forced to log a singular guy's info for criminal activity. So I'd say it's fine to use it but just use it on the TOR traffic. They legit have an onion version that'll pop up at the top if you go to it.

I use whonix + external VPN. I'm no security master but it's a seemingly safe setup. Esp with TOR security turned up high.
