i mean irl you would need a fake id right most hotels require a id to let
you sleep the night. getting a job to make money requires a id most of the time
you have two option here getting a low paying job that pays in cash or doing
illegal work (digital gangster, ytcracker anyone)

I don't think it's something easy to achieve, you have to form the other identity and know how to manage it, create accounts following that identity, interact as that identity and several of those things, it's just like a backup account that you want to have or do you want to form a complete fictitious person?
