idk if you guys have tried this magical workout thingamabob called an exercise bike but fuck they're addicting. i got one recently from Craigslist and I rode it for two & a half hours today. my knees were hurting awfully at first but now they're more able to handle it. i love mindlessly riding while watching tiktoks, browsing pinterest, or listening to music. it feels like the only time I have true me time as it's time I can enjoy by myself without anyone else around.
do you guys exercise? I've been making a habit of rise and shining, trying to fight that fatigue and get healthier.

i think it might help with me being overweight

exercise bikes are really good for healthy, you can riding while watching a movie

I forgot those existed! Yeah, that does sound pretty nice. I'm currently having a break day, my poor legs are so sore and covered with little bruises. I just want to be able to use my new bike every day smh, I have such an itch for it. It's lame having to wait for my body to repair itself.
