I ended up getting banned for spam, and in a way it was fair, I'm sorry about that, but I'm very new here. What are the penalties? I have the impression that my account is now a new account.

Well, you're acquainted with Spam Banning, at least you know how that works, other than that, I'd assume you'll be pretty alright
