Death Note was the first anime I started watching, and I'm happy I did. Death Note really hooked me into anime.

Yeah, it was a pretty similar case for me as well. Also, the Death Note soundtrack is full of certified bangers, which, personally at least, makes a huge difference for me when it comes to anime.
