The best AI is going to be one built for a specific task and not a general LLM.

If you have the specs for it, I'd recommend running something like llama2-uncensored locally on your machine.

I think it depends on what you are using it for. I guess chatgpt might be the all around best since it has been around longest? Even that has specialty versions.
