I wouldn't call an appreciation of having little something to be happy about. Like we aren't asked to be here, we just are, but it's expected that we need to prove ourselves even though it wasn't intention to be alive in the first place.

I would answer :
I feel really HAPPY (mostly) when I can HELP people .. 

otherwise I shall smoke weed for feeling kind of "happiness" ..
  But I thing the weed just freezes and deceives our conscience and our senses.
    So, more than happy - I am inert to every thought (whether positive or negative) .

Instead of that,
Imagine that a child / old man or an incompetent person (for different reasons) receives your help
   and thanks you (almost with tears in his eyes) because you did something for him that he couldn't do - how would you feel?

I feel like Jesus in those cases..
