Found an all in one Windows Local Privesc Repo on Github.

It has all your favorite tools all together plus a few you may not know.

It does not contain evasion techniques to bypass security protections, endpoints, and antivirus. There are other sources for that.

It does however explain and have links to over 10 common Windows vulnerabilities with references.

TBH its more for Red teamers and CTF try hards but still a good reference tool.
