I'm done with Nintendo. The world is full of content slop and they just keep people tied to their childhood. It's weaponised nostalgia, and they have some of the most manipulative marketing (under stock retailers EVERY time, sell out, drive demand) and their UX is the worst of all of the console interfaces. Million digit friend codes? Switch 2 getting Voice chat finally?! (Too late, Discord exists & is WAY better)

Generally, I'm at the age now, where if people at my age still fanboy'd over Nintendo, they need to be on a fucking peadophile register

luckily I skimped on console gaming early, as the deadend for the survival of games and their preservation will be PC almost every time

I think that anyone who got a Switch and did not crack it, will not get a Switch 2. The game prices are completely insane. I'll maybe get one Switch 2 from the first batches and wait until a hack is released to keep it or sell it. I'm not going to pay 80€ for a game.
