You: "To what do i owe the pleasure, oh questioner"?
Them: "Oh our bad sir, we are xxxx"

There is a flaw in that, the caller never says who it is.

I mean you can trace the number to a building or address, and any LTD company listings from there. Or, as others on the thread say, just ask lol

The question comes more because of the fact that sometimes calls are made from mobile numbers that even if you ask you do not understand the name of the company (they speak fast or bad). Thank you for the answers.
