Hello, I'm 11037, a French/Bielorussian threat actor active on Breachforums.
I've been known for multiple data leaks and sales attributable to me. I have compromised several French companies and government instances. Such as "SNU" and "ira-lille.gouv.fr" and many other unreleased data, I have also released SFR data for free after the "hype" around this "breach".
I am here to contribute and share my skills with the BF community!
