Just switched to openSUSE after nvidia drivers broke my arch install, vanilla KDE isn't the best looking so recomend me me some decent themes, i've used candy in the past

Try Sweet theme for a modern, sleek look or Layan for a dark, futuristic vibe. Both work great with vanilla KDE!
