Who has more information what is this?

It's a huge dataset made from billions of email and pwd combos collected from past data breaches and probably from somewhere else.
Definitely not a "big p0wn"
It’s kinda old now (I think it was around spring), like over a billion lines or something
Pretty dated, Not sure you could really do much with it nowadays

it's a combolist by a security researcher, synthient. not exactly a breach you're going to get your hands on.

Just to be crystal clear about the origin of the data and the role of Synthient (who you’ll read about in the next paragraph): this data came from numerous locations where cybercriminals had published it. Synthient (run by Ben during his final year of college) indexed that data and provided it to Have I Been Pwned solely for the purpose of notifying victims. He’s the good guy shining a light on the bad guys, so keep that in mind as you read on. (Some of the feedback Ben has received is exactly what I foreshadowed in the final paragraph of this post.)
