Hi! I decided to learn the C# programming language, but I don't know what's the best way to learn CSharp.
I found this website: https://www.guru99.com/ but I don't know whether there is a website which is better than this or not.
Please let me know if you know a better place to learn c#. Thanks.

It really depends on your learning style, the link you've provided seems like an okay start. I would try and supplement it with creating small toy programs based on what you've learned as you learn it, as it will not click well if you're just reading. If you're looking for alternatives is a fairly good basic one from freecodecamp https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhQdlIFylQ8 and then afterwards completing a guided project in a subject of interest so you can see how the concepts are implemented. I also recommend this one: https://scottlilly.com/learn-c-by-buildi...rpg-index/. What you use initially doesn't matter a whole ton so long as you push on and practice.
If you're looking for academic resources, I highly recommend auditing the courses on MOOC sites such as Coursera, EDX, OpenMIT, and Future Learn
Why C# specifically if you don't mind me asking? Also do you have any past programming experience?

Personally I have never gone too deep with C#, but as you have been told above, the more you are able to complement your guided learning (like guru99's) with mini projects that are relevant to you: win win ez pick  .
