Cheese is too much histamins but im not the mouse will handle it unless it is used to (which is rare) not an expert here but ur safest bet is peanuts

they prefer sweet foods like dried fruit or regular fruit or even cakes i dont know if chocolate is deadly for them or not but itd be pretty  funny to try
