Potassium Iodide (KI)
Potassium iodide is a type of iodine that is not radioactive and can be used to help block one type of radioactive material, radioactive iodine (I-131), from being absorbed by the thyroid.

just stop eating food for a while. (don't go longer than 2 weeks) and after you're done make don't eat a lot of food cuz your body is configured diffrently tempererly. (just lookup refeeding syndrome for more info)
