Oracle is actively scrubbing the wayback machine and attempting to cover this up.

The x.txt, the format of the data, it looks pretty legit to me.

Well i compared data that rose provided with real OCI tenant and i can confirm that data is legit.
I am still not sure if passwords can be decrypted and if passwords are salted but yes data is real and from production tenant.
From my understanding rose stole data from central Oracle Access Manager for OCI. Oracle Access Manager store data in LDAP and provided data is in ldap format so everything checks out.
