he's not arrested

Yeah, he was arrested.  Here's the press release from the federal police about the search and seizure warrant and the preventive arrest:  https://www.gov.br/pf/pt-br/assuntos/not...rnacionais

He had been in touch with me this morning, and I can tell you that he had no idea this was even a possibility at this point based on what the federal police had told his lawyer a couple of months ago.
