It's gonna be really weird if he wins the elections and then he starts showing stronger signs of Alzheimer. They will need to either retire him and put another person, which doesn't really appear democratic (from an American sense), or have an unstable president, who at some point will shit himself. If Democrats look to have a chance, then Biden needs to drop out of the race. I've been waiting to hear about some newly discovered health issue that causes Biden to drop out so it doesn't look like he dropped out due to how the debate went.
