+Regardless of who Maduro was, if true, this would violate multiple US and international laws including
  • U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11
  • War Powers Resolution of 1973
  • 18 U.S.C. § 1116 — Killing or Attempted Killing of Foreign Officials, Official Guests, or Internationally Protected Persons
  • Charter of the United Nations, Article 2(4)
  • Charter of the United Nations, Article 51
  • Customary International Law Prohibition on the Use of Force
  • Customary International Law Principle of State Sovereignty
  • Customary International Law Principle of Non-Intervention

+Well it turns out this is indeed true and the United States government has given itself power to run the Venezuelan government until it believes it is “safe” to return power.
It also turns out to be that the country the US is invading possesses around $17,300,000,000,000 worth of crude oil.

OKAY, IT'S TRUE BUT IT'S JUSTIFIED, WHY DON'T YOU TALK ABOUT THE 10,000 THOUSAND PEOPLE WHO DIED FOR THE VENEZUELAN ARMY? AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TORTURE, KIDNAPPINGS AND THE MORE THAN 40,000 THOUSAND COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE AGGRESSION OF THE VENEZUELAN POLICE, WHEN YOU LIVE IN VENEZUELA YOU CAN'T IMAGINE HOW HORRIBLE IT WILL BE

That's exactly what I addressed in my post. Maduro might have been a dictator, but what the Trump and his government did was clearly illegal and unjustified. You don't simply kidnap a president of a sovereign country just because of some drug vessels. The US had exactly zero reason to do all this.

I heard lots of the venezulan people are happy trump did that, and more like people in america are just mad about it

Apparently maduro was just that bad of a person

Im not too educated on the topic but it seems maybe justified? Might not be? Maybe illegal

Obviously not everyone in venezula could be happy with it

Some say it brings less suffering to them though.

As explained earlier, those are two separate matters. Doesn’t matter how bad of a person Maduro was. If the US can simply kidnap presidents because they’re dictators, why don’t Trump take Putin too?
