Well he's a bit unpredictable, the way he is commenting during interviews, in the span of a few weeks he ordered the operation in Venezuela to capture the president and his wife, hinted at using military force to capture Greenland and the tariffs. What the end strategy might be is a good question but from the other parts of the world it seems a bit chaotic.
