try hashcat or hashes.com

You could try using onlinehashcrack.com, dcode.fr or Cyberchef. Ophcrack works well for accounts on older windows systems if you are dealing with NTLM sets.

How to find out if a hash in SHA1 has some modifications added and where to reverse the hash effect, it will show the plaintext again. In some sites this stuff is necessary to continue the process.

It depends of what exactly mean by adding some modifications but (you have to know the structure, characters length of the SHA1 and so on). If you give more details what you want to do...

A little off topic, but a dream of mine would be for AI in combination with Quantum computing ... to be able to take in a hash value (of any nature) and create the content responsible for the hash value. of course with some hash algorithms there will be collisions, but with some ... oh boy... think of the possibilities. What if you could has a book with SHA256 (and only keep the hash value), then go to the AI/Quantum "brain" and ask it to create the content responsible for the hash value... and poof.
