I used some of this Windows modified versions and from what I've experienced it really depends what kind of a user you are.

If you just want to watch some videos, browser the web and maybe do some office work they completely fine.

But if you want to run specific programs, checkers or scripts etc. then I don't recommend it. You will have much trouble because such os have disabled features which are requird by these programs.

I currently use Tiny10 for my low spec VM to run my own scripts or test some things out.

Useless, probably started off as some kids "making" their "own OS" by modifying Windows (but I've heard this has since changed to in-place modifications anyway)

If you want a stable Windows install just use LTSC 2021.

I wouldn't call it an OS at this point, you can easily modify and debloat these features manually from your windows in a couple seconds, depending on your specific needs. Not worth reinstalling a whole system.
