Debian with GNOME (that's the default desktop) has definitely a nice look and feel however according to some geeks KDE plasma is better. Make a comparison and decide.

Parrot Home edition is a pretty good choice, they use KDE Plasma and have essential privacy features pre installed.

I mean it depends on what you are looking for, id say for the "premium-feeling" its probs arch linux even though it is harder then other os to operate. But if you are looking for something like opsec the obvious answer is Tails OS and has been since 2009.

I'm unsure if it can be considered premium, but I really like the feel and functionality of arch + hyprland. It is not common window manager like KDE or gnome but I like its look and customizability.

Linux Mint isn't a bad option either, it's definitely usable "out-of-the-box". It literally just "works"

Debian is pretty good, although Arch is great for ground-up customization. I recommend trying them out on a VM first.
