It seems that breachforums website got hacked recently and the entire database was uploaded to a forum called onniforums

Even if that is true, that is worse than hack, db backup file on a public place?
I ask questions but no one of the staff can't or want answered it.

To me it still doesn't really matter, you should have good opsec anyway. You never know what the owners of a site are doing with your data.
Of course it's a dumb mistake and I hope it's the last one, but I will chill here nonetheless.
