I'm back. I haven't been on here in a bit. I have been busy with school work. Thanks to all who participated in my research.
As I have been doing research related to hacking, I have come across references to "The Com" or "The Community." What I have not found is a good definition of what "The Com" is???? Based on what I have found it would appear that anytime a young person is arrested for any kind of cybercrime activity they are referred to as being part of The Com. My understanding is that The Com is not really a group in the traditional sense of the word. It doesn't seem that all involved in The Com are connected by a single common ideology or through strict membership to a defined group. Would love to know if my read of The Com is correct.
