can you show some otuput example?
and does it need telegram account to work?

virustotal report contains filename - telegram-phone-number-checker-main.zip

github contains repo with this name - https://github.com/bellingcat/telegram-p...er-checker

Nope,

1st, you could easily post this in the programming or tutorials section.

2nd, lets pretend those categories dont exist, you could still just.... not use [hide] tags if you dont care about credits.
