It's not that complex. They'll take over, create a new regime that will be more or less oppressive and that's it. Will it look like Switzerland? I highly doubt it.

So I've  been viewing the situation in Syria for over five years. The current rebel leader and his faction have previously been allies of Al-Qaida. However, they seem to have taken a less radical approach in the past few years. According to the leader, they will be handling all of the country's processes until a government is elected. An interim president has been chosen. All we can do now is watch and guess.
