Potfiles, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, are when the hashcat tool has successfully dehashed a password (in a breach) and output into a simple txt file (hash,password).
=> generally people use some cmd line sort/uniq/join commands to make the potfile into a combolist
They're smaller than combolists. And it would allow "crackers" a leg up to build on other's work.
Parkmobile: used BCRYPT hashes. Takes forever on my clunky 6900xt. Maybe miners could direct their ETH mining to dehashing BCRYPT but since that's unlikely.
=> but if you managed to dehash 1000 or so, being able to download a potfile have the ones already dehashed could save you weeks of wasted time
