it would be great if only aged accounts (2 weeks+) can read/write in shoutbox + requirement of maybe 5 threads. why? to protect users.

I think We need to have ALL Newbies appear as Ugliest color possible like maybe Bright ass BLIKNING PINK, they would have to get to another level before having access to SB


Making newbies ugliest possible color etc might make em want to get to another level too! Meaning they have to add to the community or buy acct to get rid of it
