I think BF as a whole is missing out on an opportunity by not allowing people who make tools, scripts, apps, and even other stuff like maybe even templates and so on.

People who make the stuff themselves should be able to charge credits for their work, yes they can SELL it for money, but why not give them option to release for credits?

Something like this:
Self made Release
Homemade Releases
Coders Releases

Yes this will also negate people from spreading malware. If users feel like they can
actually earn something like credits from their releases or softwares.
it will also make it less likely that they feel implied to put malware inside
their applications.
