Would seriously like to suggest put RULES in RED right beside Extras, or hell even before Databases, making it first Menu item

I think it could help save stupid questions in SB plus even PM to MODS and Admins.

Trouble is they come here anyway, make posts and threads that are not allowed then you and other staff have to deal with it, or they ask stupid ass question in SB.

To me making Rules plainly visible on the site 100% means they cannot say "I did not see the rules" section etc
